The Amadeo Business Club ("ABC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
From member businesses: business name, description, contact details, address, operating hours, photos, and social media links that members choose to publish on their listing.
From website visitors who send an inquiry: when you use an "Send an Inquiry" form on a business listing, we collect the name, contact detail (phone or email), and message you provide, so the business can respond to you.
Automatically: basic, non-identifying usage information such as which listings are viewed, used only to give member businesses aggregate statistics about their listing.
Inquiries you submit are shared with the specific business you contacted. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by our technology providers (for example, our hosting and database providers) solely to operate the platform.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiries may be removed once resolved. Members may request updates or removal of their listing at any time.
