How to Register Your
Business on ABC

Follow 4 steps. Submit your basic info first. Wait for ABC Admin to approve your listing. Then sign in and complete your full profile.

The Registration Process

Steps 1 and 2 you do right now. Steps 3 and 4 are only available after an ABC Admin approves your listing. Do not try to skip ahead — the profile editing tabs will be locked until you are approved.

Submit Your Basic Registration

Go to amadeobusinessclub.org/biz → click Register. Fill in all fields marked *. This is the only information needed to submit. Do NOT worry about photos, hours, or descriptions yet — those come after approval.

After you click Submit, you will see this confirmation screen. Your listing is submitted but not yet live. You must wait for an ABC Admin to review and approve it.

  • Prepare your photos, hours, and business description
  • Message ABC on Facebook if you have questions

After approval, the 📸 Photos & Logo tab unlocks. Upload your logo, a cover/hero photo, and up to 6 gallery photos. Photo uploads are not available until you are approved.

ABC Admin reviews every registration to make sure only legitimate Amadeo businesses are listed on the directory. This protects the quality of the platform for tourists. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
Log in at amadeobusinessclub.org/biz with your email and password. Your portal shows your status at the top — Approved (green badge) means your listing is live and all tabs are unlocked. Pending (yellow badge) means you are still waiting for review.
Yes — you can log in at any time using your email and password. However, the profile editing tabs (Basic Info details, Contact, Photos) will show as locked until your listing is approved by an Admin.
Your login is your email address and the password you set during registration. Go to amadeobusinessclub.org/biz → Sign In tab → enter your email and password.
Contact ABC Admin via Facebook (facebook.com/AmadeoBusinessClub) or email hello@amadeobusinessclub.org with your business name and registered email. An Admin can reset your password.
Contact the ABC office or message on Facebook. Pay your annual fee — Supporter ₱500 · Member ₱1,500 · Partner ₱5,000 — via GCash, cash, or bank transfer. An Admin will upgrade your tier the same day.
